1. Membership and Payment
• Membership costs €17.95 per month.
• The first month is free. After that, the amount is automatically charged monthly to the chosen payment method.
• Membership can be canceled at any time, without obligations.
2. Member Benefits
As a member, you benefit from:
• Free shipping.
• Up to 25% discount on all products.
• Exclusive offers and promotions available only to members.
3. Minimum Order Amount
• To use the member benefits, a minimum order amount of €20 per order applies (after discounts).
• Orders under €20 cannot be completed at member rates.
4. Use of the Membership
• After purchasing the membership, you must log in to your account to shop at member rates.
• It is important that you enter a valid email address, as confirmation and benefits will be sent there.
• Make sure your address details are always up to date, as these are needed for shipping and membership services.
5. Cancellation
• You can cancel your membership at any time via your account or by contacting customer service.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
• The membership is personal and becomes active immediately after purchase.
• The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the membership has not yet been used (i.e., if you have not yet placed an order with a discount or free shipping).
7. Abuse Rule (Order Volume)
We have found that some members tend to place many small orders within a short period (often 2–10+), usually consisting of low-value products. This behavior abuses free shipping and gifts, especially in the perfume testers category. It puts unnecessary pressure on our resources, negatively impacts the environment due to increased transport, and causes extra work and labor costs for our staff.
To protect our service quality, our staff, and the environment, we reserve the right to take measures in such cases. If a member repeatedly places an excessive number of small orders in a short time, we may:
• Terminate the membership without compensation.
• Exclude the member – as well as any housemates – from future Plus Membership.
• Limit sending gifts to one free gift per member, regardless of the number of orders.
• Decide not to add gifts to orders if deemed necessary to ensure fair use.
• Charge a fee of €6.50 for unnecessary burden on the membership program.
